By participating in Author Spotlight Book Club programs, events, or services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our programs are open to authors of all genres and experience levels, subject to editorial review and availability.

We reserve the right to decline applications or terminate participation if submitted materials do not meet our community standards or editorial guidelines. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of our editorial team.

The Author Spotlight program involves a one-time fee that covers all production, promotion, and distribution costs. Specific pricing is provided upon request via email. Payment is due before the spotlight production begins.

Spotlight scheduling is subject to availability. We will work with you to find a suitable date, but specific dates cannot be guaranteed until confirmed in writing via email.

By submitting materials for your spotlight (including but not limited to author photos, book covers, excerpts, and biographical information), you grant Author Spotlight Book Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials for promotional purposes across our platforms.

This includes our newsletter, website, social media channels, and any affiliated promotional materials. You retain full ownership and copyright of all submitted materials.

Our author services (pre-writing, writing support, and post-writing) are provided on a project basis. Scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon via email before work begins. All services are subject to availability.

We connect authors with third-party service providers (editors, designers, etc.) as part of our coordination services. We are not responsible for the quality or timeliness of third-party work, though we strive to work with trusted professionals.

Virtual events are provided at no cost to attendees unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify event dates, times, or formats. Registered attendees will be notified of any changes via email.

All participants in our community are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, spam, or any behavior that disrupts the positive experience of our community members.

Author Spotlight Book Club does not guarantee specific results from any spotlight feature, service, or program. Results such as book sales, audience growth, and media coverage will vary based on many factors beyond our control.

Our recommendations and editorial opinions are provided in good faith but should not be considered professional publishing, legal, or financial advice. We encourage authors to consult with appropriate professionals for such matters.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in our programs after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
